Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile data provided during sign-up.

Device & Sensor Data: MAC addresses of your IoT devices, sensor event data (door open/close, motion detected, etc.), device status and battery levels.

Location Data: Home/room configuration that you provide voluntarily. We do not collect GPS location without explicit permission.

Payment Information: Payment is handled by Payumoney. We only receive a transaction ID and payment status — never your card details.

Usage Analytics: App usage patterns to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.

• To send you real-time push notifications and SMS alerts based on sensor events

• To respond to your support requests

• To send service-related communications (invoices, plan renewals)

• To improve our product based on aggregated usage data

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Firebase (Google): Used for push notifications (FCM). Google's privacy policy applies to notification delivery.

• PayU: Used for payment processing. PayU's privacy policy governs payment data.

• Dusun IoT: Hardware manufacturer — the hub communicates with our MQTT broker, not directly with Dusun's servers in production.

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data.
